The following page is for the activities and updates of the Barngarla Language Reclamation Research Project with the Aboriginal Research Unit (Wardliparingga) at the South Australian Health and Medical Research Institute (SAHMRI)

Looking for a way to spend some time in lockdown? Have a look at the Indigenous Language and Wellbeing Survey! All Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people over the age of 15 years, living in South Australia, are invited to complete the survey -- please share your thoughts and experiences with us! And please stay safe and well.

Developed in partnership with Aboriginal communities in South Australia, this survey explores Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people's experiences and beliefs about Indigenous languages and how these relate to social and emotional wellbeing.

All Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people over the age of 15 years are invited to participate! It takes about 10min to complete and there’s a prize draw for $100 gift vouchers too. The team is really excited to hear from as many people as possible!
