A few highlights from this weeks first wave of check-in’s here at INTG 👏🏽
One of our INTG girls finally saw huge improvements in her digestion after committing to fuelling her body well.
Another found more time amongst a busy work life to prioritise her health.
Long time client continued to lose weight while managing her triathlon training to get down to an optimal bodyweight.
And a reminder that sometimes just being there can make all the difference with staying on track, but dw it isn’t all we do!
