Lutheran Disability Services SA

Lutheran Disability Services SA Lutheran Disability Services (LDS) was formed in 1986 to provide a home for five people living with disability.

We are a registered NDIS provider specialising in Supported Independent Living (SIL), In Home Supports, Community Participation and Behaviour Support to over 85 clients in South Australia. Their families came together to lease Shimron House in Unley … and LDS was born. Throughout the intervening years, LDS has grown, as more and more clients and families want to experience the unique service provi

ded by the team within a Christian, high-moral environment where our clients are at the centre of everything we do. We work closely with clients’ families, advocates and nominees through every stage of LDS supports. We are committed to consultation, communication and partnership with all those we serve. Today LDS provides services for over 75 people living with disability through independent individually living, specialist disability accommodation and community participation programs. LDS is not just a service provider; we believe in our clients, and we care about them.

Easter is a time of reflection, renewal and hope, as Christians around the world commemorate the resurrection of Jesus and the promise of new life.

Wherever this Easter season finds you, we pray it brings peace, hope and comfort to you and your loved ones. May it also inspire us to continue living Christ’s message of love, compassion and service in our daily lives.

From everyone at LDS, we wish our community a blessed and joyful Easter✝️🐣

🎗️ For World Cancer Day today, LDS is joining the global Upside‑Down Photo Challenge.

Why upside‑down? Because cancer turns lives upside‑down — and together, through awareness, compassion and action, we can help turn things around.

To everyone facing cancer directly or supporting a loved one: we see you, and we stand with you. 💛
