✨A brief manifestation story ✨

🔮Part of my coaching / retreat business is teaching manifestation . I’ve managed to experience some amazing things in life through the power of manifestation and visualisation and I think I know what works and what doesn’t . Some of it might be luck but most of it is years of study🙏🏻
I also completely understand why at this moment I can’t manifest a huge lottery win ( it’s my mindset ) 😞
I love to guide other people to manifest their own desires ( and I’ll tell them if I don’t think it’s going to happen ) ! Then help redirect to a ‘ better’ manifestation. December retreat you get to choose 1 thing 🍃⭐️.

🐢So here’s yesterday’s story .
I’m currently on Santa Cruz island in the Galapagos .

⛵️We leave tomorrow for a 3-4 week sail with no contact with land or any form of shop.
Ive over provisioned all the basics … we will not go hungry!

However our freezer is tiny and I’m vegetarian . So eggs are a huge part of daily food protein intake . Both Sean and I eat eggs so a vegetable omelette is a quick easy meal on a moving gimbled stove . I get a touch sea sick and going below to the galley brings this on . Sean doesn’t really cook.

Sooo… eggs are really important !

For a few days I took my egg holders to shore and was told ‘manyana’ ( tomorrow ) . This happened for about 3 days in a row . Now I’m down to my last few eggs.

⛵️The sailing chat group also mentions they can’t find eggs . I’m rather concerned now .
I go to 6 different stores and everyone insists there’s no eggs . One lady sends me to a specific upstairs store that involved interesting instructions . Nothing , nada!

🧚Hang on I’m a master manifestor I tell myself ! But I’m also realistic … it doesn’t always work . Lucky I have quality protein powder on board . Sean has meat . We will be ok !

And here’s the significant part .. the final part of manifestation magic … RELEASE YOUR ATTACHMENT TO THE OUTCOME…

As I strolled past one of the many minimarts in town I glanced in and saw a dozen eggs !
Very Grateful .. I bought them quickly and established ( in poor Spanish ) there were no more . Last on the island maybe ..

The ship arrives only once a month on a random date …

I will check again today and in the morning before we up anchor .But for now we at least have a dozen .

Pearl islands to Galapagos…

Last week in the Pearl islands has been joyful .
I am in aww of the macaws and the sweet little birds that land on the boat hoping to stay . We’ve had some luxury at the local resort and some horror at discovering many ticks . Tonight we prepare to leave in the morning for my longest passage ever . ( not Sean’s .. he’s an old Captain ) . All prayers and white protective light welcomed gratefully . It’s seems it may be a fairly “easy ” approx 8 days sail . Yes I’m scared . But prepared .

Glenbarr Drum making Retreat 🥁

💎Moments in time that imprint on the mind for participants

My absolute passion is running retreats for women .
I see women truly see themselves for the first time in a very long time or maybe since forever.

Cleansing tears flow
Laughter echoes
Time expands

Souls rest
Bodies are nourished and massaged .
🧘🏻‍♀️Marlens Yoga is always comfortable and joyful.. bodies are singing .

☕️Ceremonial Cacao infused with the elements of Earth Air Fire and Water.. then we do self hypnosis and healing is a side effect .

🍃Seeds are planted

💧Ripples are flowing into friends and family .. calm is a side effect .

🥁One of my favourite reflections is during a drum dance prayer process.
The ‘teepee throne ‘ started to fall ( I didn’t dig it in properly 😳) and the next minute two women stood guard and protected the sacred space like warriors . 💪
🙏🏻A natural event of people caring and protecting each other with love.

🕊️🥁The drum birthing process was a magical sacred process under the guidance of Lisa and Elizabeth . Very profound and metaphors abound. Expert guidance from Lisa and Elizabeth ensured we all completed our drums ..eventually . We were all in awe of Lisa as she helped us feel supported and also had the courage to tell us “ you’ve lost the plot “😂… unravel your drum and start again .

👻The venue provided its own ghostly entertainment and a soulful nourishing yummy dinner at the historical elegant Glenbarr building .

Every retreat feels like it is the best one yet !

Every participant expressed deep gratitude and surprise at how good it was. Every participant is nurtured and leaves feeling loved and cared for🙏🏻
How does it get better than that ?
