🌿 New Yoga Classes in Middleton 🌿

I’m excited to announce I'll be holding weekly Yoga Classes commencing from May 8th at the wonderful Middleton Pioneer Hall! 🧘‍♀️✨

🗓 Thursday evenings
🕕 6:00pm – 7:30pm
🌱 Beginner to Intermediate – all levels welcome!

Whether you’re just starting out or deepening your practice, these sessions are designed to help you unwind, reconnect, and build strength in a supportive space.

Please bring a yoga mat, any props you need, blanket and drink bottle 🌊

Hello dear ones!!

I have arrived in Udine, Italy to the warm balmy weather of summer. One would almost confuse the temperatures here with Australia as it’s dry and been over 40+ degrees Celsius most days!

I’ve taken a few weeks off teaching yoga but would love to offer some classes for you all again. I miss teaching yoga for you guys!

Soon I’ll be jumping on some online platforms to bring you some regular tailored classes but for now, next week I’ll be offering a class by donation via a Facebook live!

The class will be a gentle Vinyasa flow on Tuesday, August 2nd, 19:00 Adelaide (ACDT), 11:30am Italy (GMT+2)
