Looking for another way to promote hip flexion and muscle activation in your lower half but not sure what to add to your routine?
My answer? Duck Walks !
You might start off a little uncomfortable but as your body adapts to the new movement it will get easier to move in this position.
This exercise will also increase your core strength and balance without much effort.

On a personal note, after 3 significant knee injuries and 0 surgeries, its hard to believe that I can move like this again, it took a lot of time but here we are 💪🏼

After receiving a lot of interest and positive feedback, starting this saturday at 10am will be a new outdoor group fitness training session.
No Gym Membership required, just book in your place before the Friday of that week and weather permitting we will get into an awesome 60min bootcamp style training session with a team warm up and cooldown stretch both included in our time together.

I used to be that guy struggling to drag himself out of bed let alone up a hill, now look at me go, not only do I power up these hills, but i'm taking an extra 20kgs with me deliberately, not because I just finished over eating again 😅

15kgs difference from photo to photo and I had my doubts if i would get to this point 😁

This year showed me how much I have grown, taking on the responsibility of running my own buisness () and becoming more self-reliant throughout the year while actually staying focused enough to achieve my physical goals too, mentally i've never felt better ending a year and moving onto whats next.
Despite the drama of 2020 there were a lot of milestones I achieved this year and i'm personally going to look back fondly on this year.
Now that i've built this momentum i'm going to run into 2021 with all the optimism and confidence in the world.
