DST helps us enjoy longer evenings and more sunlight during the day — but it can also disrupt your body’s internal clock, making it harder to fall asleep, wake up refreshed, and stay focused.

💤 Here’s the reminders that you already know to ease the transition next time:

🚨 Temporary Closure Update – CLM Sleep Walkerville 🚨

It’s hard to believe it’s been 12 months since the fire that started at the neighbouring Yiros shop and spread to our CLM Sleep store in Walkerville. We want to thank our community for the patience and support you’ve shown us during this time. 💙

We’re currently working hard behind the scenes on repairs and planning our re-opening — we’re hopeful this will be in around 6 months’ time.

👉 In the meantime, our Kent Town Head Office and online store are open and ready to support you with all your sleep health needs.
