Breastfeeding does have an energy cost, research shows milk production uses around 625 calories a day in the first few months,
but that number alone doesn’t tell you how much you need to eat.

Milk production is just one part of total energy needs, your metabolism is influenced by things like your current body composition, how often you exercise, how much you move through the day (NEAT), and what your diet looks like.

So the amount of extra calories you require will vary from person to person,
there’s no universal “add this many calories” rule, just what makes sense for your body, your appetite, and your lifestyle right now.

Most mums are out here running on oat lattes, half-eaten toast crusts and vibes… so veggies can feel like a luxury item.
But if you’re breastfeeding, your body’s actually craving 7+ serves a day (yep, seven 🙃).

Before you roll your eyes at me, here’s the good news:
it doesn’t have to look like a giant salad you chop with one hand while bouncing a baby with the other.

Think:
• throwing extra greens with your lunch
• adding frozen veg to literally any dinner
• roasting a big tray once and living off it for days
• blitzing veggies into smoothies
• grabbing pre-cut options because convenience is a love language

Tiny tweaks = steady nutrients for you and baby.
You don’t need perfection, just a little more than yesterday

I get it; the online fitness world is saturated with coaches. But I’m not just another one. Let me share why I’m passionate about this and why I want to help you.

I’ve dedicated a decade to this industry, and I didn’t do it for vanity. In the beginning, I risked it all just to meet a certain standard. Chronic dieting, overtraining, burnout, weight rebounds, and stress were my companions on that journey.

Over the years, I’ve watched countless women go through the same exhausting cycle. It’s time for a change. Women deserve nourishment, workouts tailored to their unique goals, tracking their cycles, and listening to what their bodies are saying. This is my purpose; this is my why. 💪🌟
