Happy Flex Friday! Workout below ↓ πŸ’ͺ🏻

It's been a hot minute, my training has been inconsistent since my endometriosis surgery in August (as has my yoga) with slow recovery, injury, mental health, and so I haven't taken photos or recorded yoga flows, I niched into more foodie content but Instagram feels a little bit less motivating without sharing workouts, yoga, and more funny things. And with my lack of training, these are the first "flex photos" I've taken in I guess around 8 months, as I try to get "back" on track πŸ˜‚

Try this quick Flex Friday Back Workout:

1x AMRAP pull ups (I haven't been doing these much due to injury, which is a shame as I've always been very proud of my pull ups)
3x10 dumbbell bent over row
3x10 wide grip cable pull down
3x10 narrow grip cable row
3x10 straight arm pull downs

Did I take "Papaya Boat" too literally? πŸ₯­πŸ˜‚

Ingredients:
β€’ Half a papaya
β€’ Vegan yoghurt- I used soy, approx 3tbsp depending on papaya size
β€’ 2-3 medjool dates
β€’ Half a passionfruit
β€’ Blueberries
β€’ Frozen berries
β€’ My homemade granola

Method:
Cut your papaya, scoop out seeds and peel (optional), fill with yoghurt and then place toppings.
Berry compote→ put handful of frozen berries in pan, heat and smoosh a little, allow to cool then add as topping.
Boat Sail→ Slice a pear, and cut a slice in half, place in yoghurt upside down for sail.
Granola→ as above DIY or pre-made!

*Disclaimer, doesn't include setting time πŸ˜‚ give yourself at least half hour! BUT this is so easy, and so pretty with the white drizzle and colours 😍 it's not too late to make this! Dairy free, vegan, gluten free, I got you.

All you need:
β€’ Dark chocolate
β€’ Silicone Easter mould
β€’ White chocolate for drizzle
β€’ 100s & 1000s
*All ingredients used are vegan and gluten free

Method:
β€’ Melt your vegan white chocolate and drizzle over silicone mould, set in fridge for a minute while you:
β€’ Melt your dark chocolate
β€’ Spoon dark chocolate into moulds
β€’ Tap to settle
β€’ Sprinkle 100s and 1000s
β€’ Set in fridge or freezer (half hour- overnight depending how deep your mould is!)

"Sprinkle" some joy with these cute chocolate hearts for Easter! 🩷 If they're good enough for Valentine's Day, they're good enough for some chocolate love for Easter 🐰

All you need for this Cookie Cutter Choc "love" hack:
β€’ Dark chocolate
β€’ 100s & 1000s
β€’ Heart shaped cookie cutters
*All ingredients used are vegan and gluten free

Method:
β€’ Fill shallow dish with 100s & 1000s, just enough to cover the bottom plus some
β€’ Melt your dark chocolate
β€’ Place cookie cutters on 100s & 1000s
β€’ Pour chocolate into the shape, just a few mm deep so you can still bite/snap it
β€’ Set in fridge (few hours- overnight depending how thick you pour your chocolate!)

For the fluffiest edible chocolate bunny, try this cookie cutter hack! 😍🐰🀍

All you need:

β€’ Dessicated coconut
β€’ Optional: colourful choc buttons
β€’ Bunny head shaped cookie cutter
*All ingredients vegan and gluten free

Method:
β€’ Fill shallow dish with a thin layer of coconut
β€’ Melt your dark chocolate
β€’ Place cookie cutter
β€’ Pour chocolate into the shape, just a few mm deep so you can still bite/snap it
β€’ Set in fridge (few hours- overnight depending how thick you pour your chocolate!)

I'm egg-static to show you this one! A different spin on the sprinkles hack for those who aren't a fan of candy sprinkles... Hello crushed peanuts! And for a speckled egg, a few colourful chocolate buttons and oh my GOSH this came out SO MUCH CUTER THAN I EXPECTED 😍🐰🩷

All you need for this Cookie Cutter Choc "egg" hack:
β€’ Dark chocolate
β€’ Crushed peanuts (or other nut)
β€’ Optional: colourful choc buttons
β€’ Egg shaped cookie cutter
*All ingredients used are vegan and gluten free

Method:
β€’ Fill shallow dish with peanuts, just enough to cover the bottom plus some
β€’ Position choc buttons
β€’ Melt your dark chocolate
β€’ Place cookie cutter
β€’ Pour chocolate into the shape, just a few mm deep so you can still bite/snap it (I went a bit thick on this one, looks great but it was a fight to bite πŸ˜‚)

Pineapple has to be my favourite fruit to work with, it's delicious AND a fun jigsaw πŸ˜‚πŸπŸ° and you'll be "pine"ing for it too! (especially that SATISFYING *crunch* at the end)!

Presenting: your fruity chocolate "Easter egg" for Easter 😍

Two ingredients, all you need:
β€’ Two pineapple rings🍍
β€’ Dark chocolate 🍫
*All ingredients vegan and gluten-free

Method as per reel:
β€’ Place your first pineapple ring, cut second to shape and position above whole ring.
β€’ Drizzle dark chocolate to coat
β€’ Add any other toppings if desired!
β€’ Set in fridge
β€’ Enjoy or gift to a loved one!
