Dead lifting is one of the most powerful full body movements you can do. They train your posterior chain - glutes,hamstrings,lower back, and challenging your core,grip, and upper back strength.
Barry is a client with us at our clinic. Barry broke his arm back in October. Today, he is now recovered and back dead lifting 132kg. Barry's top weight is 150kg lifting. Thanks to the ongoing support from our Exercise Physiologist Maxwell at our Para Hills clinic. Barry is back getting stronger and more confident again.
