In the peak of summer, our yoga practice is guided by Ayurvedic principles to balance the heat of the season 🌞
Sessions are cooling, grounding and nourishing, with an emphasis on slower pacing, mindful breath, gentle flow and restorative postures. This approach helps calm the nervous system, support digestion and maintain vitality, allowing us to move through summer feeling steady, refreshed and in harmony with nature.
With the high temperatures expected this week you can be ensured that I will have the air conditioning on & our practice will be adjusted accordingly so you do not need to miss out on your practice.
