✨Class Time Change for This Week ✨

Hi everyone,
Just a quick update to let you know that our yoga class will start a little earlier this Thursday 4th Dec due to a venue booking.

🧘‍♀️ New start time: 8:45am (this week only)
📍 Largs Bay sailing club - upstairs

Hi

It’s that time of year again when I host my annual yoga retreat in Bali, which I’m so excited for.

Tonight will be my last class for a couple of weeks so I really hope you can join me on the mat at 7pm.

Thank you to all of my dedicated participants for your patience while I’m away, but what a great opportunity it is to dive into your own practice & trust in your own intuition to move & connect to self through your practice.

If you do get stuck I will be sharing a practice online in the coming days.

Hi All,

I hope this finds you very well on this first day of Spring 🌻

I just wanted to notify you of a change to the schedule.
For THIS WEEK ONLY

There will be classes:
Tues 2nd Sept 7pm
Wed 3rd Sept 6pm
Thurs 4th Sept 9:15am
Thurs 4th 6pm class cancelled.

Wednesday evening 6pm will be held in the upstairs room of the sailing club.
If you plan on coming Wednesday night please book via the link below or DM me.

Hi All,
With Easter less than a week away & the Anzac Day holiday coming up I thought I should share with you changes to the schedule now!

Classes will be as normal this week, however if you are intending on joining the Thurs 6pm class on 17th April please book. This class will only go ahead if we have enough people attending.

Please note there will be no classes Thur 24th before the Anzac Day public holiday. I thank you for your patience with this change.

I hope to see you on the mat this week.

Class schedule for this week ✨

I will be offering two classes on Tuesday this week in place of my usual Thursday classes, as I will be away for interstate travel!

Tuesday morning session is at an outdoor venue, if you are coming please comment below or DM me & I will provide the venue address

Tuesday 28th January:
- 9am (outdoor venue in Largs Bay)
- 7pm

Thursday 30th January:
- No classes (this week only)
