Working with bringing the weight forward. In Adho Mukha Vrskasana to see how to move the elbows back to wall but bring shoulders and buttocks forward and in Pincha Mayurasana to bring the weight into the middle of the forearm to stop the hands sliding in. In my practice I’m learning that yoga is the constant study of myself—seeing what needs to adjust, what needs to enliven, and what needs to soften—so the pose can reveal its depth from the inside.
