Please help me welcome Caitlin to our Rise Team. Caitlin has officially wrapped up her first full week with our Rise Team and somehow skipped straight past the “newbie” status. It feels like she's been here for years.😄

From day one, Caitlin has brought warmth, energy, and a natural flair for mentoring that fits right in with all our core values. It honestly feels like she’s been part of the team forever.

🎁 That’s a wrap for 2025 🎁
Whilst the Rise DSM Team have officially finished for the year, our very important team member Inde, our emotional support dog, has been invited on a top secret adventure as Santa’s helper. 🐾🎅
So keep your eyes peeled, you never know where she might pop up next.
On behalf of all our staff, we would like to thank each and every one of you for your ongoing support throughout the year. We wish you all a Happy, Safe, and Joy filled Christmas and New Year, surrounded by love, laughter, and your chosen elves 🫶🤣

We look forward to hearing all about your festive adventures when we return from a well deserved break on Monday 5th January 2026.

🎄 Rise DSM Christmas Party = Festive Chaos, Team Vibes & Endless Fun 🎄

🎁We wrapped up the year in true Rise DSM style, with laughter, friendly competition, and a very festive takeover of Time Zone 🎁

We started the day with strikes, curved balls and definitely lots of gutter balls. We then went onto laser tag where voting took place for teams, with the majority ruling in MS vs PS. Teamwork and questionable hiding spots seen MS come out on top by just a fraction. The day was full of laughs and lots excitement. Arcade games were getting a good workout, bumper cars were bumping, and let’s just say there were no apologies given once behind the wheel.

Fuelled by hotdogs, hamburgers pizza and Birthday celebrations our healthy eating policy was nowhere to be seen. 🌭🍕🍔 🎂

And of course, it wouldn’t be an end of year party without recognising our amazing Team and their achievements over the past 12mths.
We proudly welcomed our new staff and celebrated our 3mth, 1, 2 and 3 year employment milestones, along with our Employee of the Quarter Kyle and Angel and Employee of the Year Jessica. 👏👏👏👏

Massive congratulations to each and everyone of you, and thank you for everything you do. Your all Super Stars. "I see you, I appreciate you"

A special recognition shoutout to Benji, who couldn’t make it on the day, but was still very much part of the celebrations as we honoured his 3 years with Rise DSM 👏 🥉👍

What a way to finish the year, full hearts, big laughs, and an even bigger appreciation for our incredible team. Here’s to another year of growth, teamwork and good vibes in 2026 💙🤣🤗🥳

This week, our team at Rise DSM proudly wore blue to show our support for National Diabetes Week and to stand beside the many Australians and families whose lives are impacted by diabetes every single day. 💙

We see first hand the impact diabetes can have on a family. One of our own Rise family fights this battle everyday with courage, strength and determination, reminding us why awareness and support is so important. 💙💙

Even our furbabies joined in on the blue action, proving that support comes in all shapes, sizes and wagging tails. 🐾 🐾🐾

To everyone living with or supporting someone with diabetes, your resilience inspires us, we stand with you, today and always 💙💙💙💙

Today, our Rise DSM team took a moment to pause and honour the courage, sacrifice, and service of those who have fought and continue to fight for our freedom.

On this Remembrance Day, we stand together in gratitude and reflection. Lest we forget.

END OF LEASE CLEAN - COMPLETE✅️

Who needs a gym when you've got an end of lease clean? From scrubbing, mopping, dusting, and discovering places we didn't even know existed (hello, mystery stain) Our Rise Team went from Good to Great showing what team work is made of.🧼🪣

There was definitely a few vacuum dance moves and mop mic performances along the way with a quick Subway lunch stop to refuel.
But hey teamwork makes the dream work and now the place is sparkling like it never has before. 🌟✨️🌟✨️

Big shoutout to our AWESOME crew for turning a huge clean up job into a day of laughts, teamwork, memories and a few sore muscles.😀👊📷💪
