It's been a while, yet life has continued to move, and move has it ever..... 🦋 Greetings all, I am currently sitting at my desk in Parkside, the air is warm as it wraps around me yet the sky is laden with clouds ready to pour and maybe even rumble.... The sound of birdsong is loud, almost anticipating the rain that is bound to arrive soon - the earth will breath when the first droplet falls.... There have been some BIG changes in my life, some BIG arranging of things - mostly to do with myself - but the person inside, my passions and sight have remained the same, despite the lack of sharing upon this space!
So today I come to share only a recipe with you all, something I have been thoroughly enjoying throughout these hot days and nights, and I think you all might too! I am a smoothie girl, always have been and I think always will - This smoothie is a favourite of mine, and has been on quite the repeat of late so here it is:
BLUEBERRY + TAHINI SMOOTHIE -
- Nut mylk of choice - 300/400ml (I use homemade almond mylk)
- A cup or more of Frozen Blueberries
- A few Ice Cubes (if necessary)
- Dates or raw Honey for sweetness
- Medicinal Mushroom powder (optional) - I use lionmane
- A good few tablespoons of runny hulled Tahini or Nut Butter if you like
- Lucuma or Maca powder (1 tsp) - optional
AND BLEND until thick, creamy and delicious. 💜💜
There you have it. Simple, delicious and packed full of micro nutrients to sustain your day and body!
