One poorly executed deadlift didn’t ruin your back.
One squat session didn’t destroy your knees.

What does beat you up?

5+ hours hunched over a desk.
Gaming in a rounded spine position.
Scrolling in bed.
Zero movement all day… then expecting your body to perform perfectly under load.

The gym exposes weaknesses 🧐
It doesn’t create them ✅

Training, when programmed properly, strengthens tissue, improves joint integrity, and builds resilience

It’s the 23 hours outside the gym that usually determine how you feel inside it💪

Fix the habits 🙏
Move more 👟

Congrats to member who won our New Years Walking Marathon!

Hitting 1st place out of all our members and achieving over 350,000 steps SOLO in only one month!

That's over 85,000 steps a week 😅👌

🤘🏻 one month down = 2.5k's down 🤘🏻

Well done to Sukhi who's worked with our PT coach at our Anytime Fitness location!

Sukhi started with us wanting to be a healthier version of herself having struggled to remain disciplined in the past

1 month into it and she's been
- Losing at least 1/2 a kilo per week
- Feeling more alert
- More energised
- Stronger!

Keep it up Sukhi, setting the example 👌

Shout out to all our members the past year (lots not pictured below) who came and made things happen 💪

Fat loss or muscle gain or even just becoming healthier/fitter everyone who put their money where their mouth is made progress and are still going.

The glory is for the people that actually work with us and do what they SAY they will do AND do what we SUGGEST they should do!

We can't force feed you the right food but we sure as hell will tell you what you should consume.

We can't pull you out of bed and drag you to the gym but we'll suggest you go at least a few times a week or even just go for a walk!

Well done to everyone who's working with us and making things happen 🔥🔥

✅ Almost 9k down

✅ 6K Body fat down

✅ Body fat% down 2.5 percent

✅ Over 6cm off her waist

✅ Now in Optimal range for lean body mass
