As we move through January and into February, we are still in the Year of the Snake, right up until 16 February 2026, when the Year of the Horse begins. For many women in a season of change, this time can show up as changes in your hormones and energy, shifts in relationships and a quiet sense that something inside is gently rearranging.

Snake energy is often about shedding, releasing old patterns, relationships, and workplaces or environments that feel toxic or draining and gently revisiting how you relate to your body, your emotions and your own needs.

Horse energy carries more movement, openness and heartfelt expression. It can feel like a natural pull towards living a more authentic life, one that honours your body, mind, and soul, and feels more aligned with who you really are.

These weeks can be a gentle bridge between the two, a moment to slow down a little, listen more closely to your body and make small adjustments in how you take care of yourself. If you are feeling more sensitive, reflective or quietly ready for a fresh chapter, you are not behind. You are simply moving with the rhythm of your own transition.

Crystal Clear Re-code was born this year, and it’s been such a privilege to hold space for so many of you. To witness your healing, your growth and the quiet shifts that create real change.
