Last night we held our Mentorship Program Introduction event here at ADA SA head office.

This was an excellent opportunity for the Mentors and Mentees to meet and find out all the ins and outs of the program.

Through mentorship, the program aims to foster professional growth, provide real-world in-sights, and build meaningful relationships that support students as they transition from study to practice.

A special shout out to ADA SA Mentorship Program Ambassador Dr Saloni Singh who spoke at the event.

As the year wraps up, we would like to thank all our Members for being part of the ADA SA community.

Your active involvement and commitment to the profession keeps our community strong and is vital to everything we do at the ADA SA Branch.

The ADA SA branch office will be closed from Friday, 19 December 2025 and reopen on Monday, 5 January 2026.

2025 was another big year for the ADA SA events team! We ran 56 CPD & Events in just 12 Months - that’s an event a week.

It was great to see so many of you at our events, especially at our Whole of Practice Seminar which was our most popular event this year.

Congratulations to the graduating 2025 Dental students!

On Saturday 6 December, we hosted our Declaration Ceremony in partnership with Adelaide University Dental Students' Society - AUDSS at Elder Hall. It was a great pleasure for us to see all the graduating students make their commitment to honour the ethical standards of dentistry.

We hope you all feel very proud of your achievements, and know ADA SA are here to support you in the next exciting stage of your career.

On Wednesday we held our Annual Presentation Ceremony, and it was a jammed packed night!

Highlights included the presentation of the Australian Dental Association 50 and 25 year Membership Certificates of Recognition, and the Branch Membership Certificates to our new Members.

ADA Federal President Dr Chris Sanzaro was also presented two ADA Distinguished Service Awards to Dr Janet Scott CSC and Dr Donald Wilson.

And we were delighted to celebrate our ADA SA award winners - Dr John McIntyre AM (Distinguished Service); Prof Richard Logan, Dr Erika Vinczer, Dr Roger Antoniazzi, and Dr Meagan Huebl (Award of Merit).

We also said farewell to our Chief Executive, Bradley Abraham after 5 years of dedicated leadership.

Thank you to BOQ Specialist for the sponsoring this event and generously donating an excellent door prize.

We’re seeking dentists who have completed the ADC process to join the working group or share their insights.
