2 years of us!!
Wowe, what a ride the past two years have been. To say I’m proud feels like an understatement. Creating this community is, and always will be, a true passion of mine.
When I think back to two years ago, I remember sitting with the realisation that my clients needed more support than I could provide on my own. I knew a team was needed to continue giving them the care they deserved. But I never imagined that decision would grow into what Sharply Enabling is today.
Lisa, who is no longer with us, was the driving force behind Sharply Enabling. Lisa, you had such a profound influence on my life, and your impact continues to guide our purpose every single day. I know I would be making you proud, and I truly believe you are always looking over us as we continue to grow.
There have been long hours, tears, stressful nights, and countless challenges, all driven by one goal: making sure our community receives the best possible care and support. And today, I can proudly say we have achieved that.
None of this would exist without our beautiful support team, who continue to care for our community as if it were their own family.
And to our amazing clients, past, present, and future, thank you for trusting us and allowing us to be part of your journeys. The connections we’ve built mean everything to us.
To everyone who has supported me along the way, whether you let me take work calls during personal catch-ups, helped keep things running while I was on placement (Bree ), rescued me from IT problems (a skill I definitely don’t have), tackled admin tasks that were slightly overdue 🤣 (Huddy), or patiently went five business days without hearing from me. I appreciate you more than words can say.
I truly cannot express how much Sharply Enabling means to me. Seeing clients smile and watching the passion our team brings to their work reminds me every day that Sharply Enabling is loved by others too.
