Take a quiet moment to watch this gutsy little lass trying to add even more pollen to her already overflowing baskets 🐝

If you listen closely enough you can hear her soft joyful buzzing 🌿😍

We're often asked about our approach to our Corporate Guided Walks.

These programs focus on building your team's confidence, health, and productivity.

The principles of our corporate walks differ from those of a high-energy gym session or a run squeezed between meetings. They’re simply about:
Slowing down, Escaping the workplace, and Switching off from technology.

Walking provides physical benefits, but more importantly, how we walk aids mental health. Through corporate walks, organisations provide time off for individuals to focus on their wellbeing. A time during the day that doesn’t encroach on opportunities to spend with friends and family.

▪ Slowing down – walking at a comfortable pace allows for easy communication, deeper breathing, and a controlled heart rate. Walks offer opportunities to appreciate the environment more mindfully.

▪ Escape the workplace – a chance to breathe fresh air without the background noise and subconscious thought of interruptions by colleagues. A bad day can become better with some time away.

▪ A break from technology – with a guide managing the logistics and timing, minds can relax and be free for the duration of the walk.

Each walking program is fully customisable and designed for each organisation’s specific needs. Whether that’s for the benefit of internal staff, clients, or members.

"The earth has music for those who listen"

This quote is frequently misattributed to William Shakespeare and although the correct source is not documented, most associate these words to the Spanish-American philosopher and poet, George Santayana (1863-1952).

Do you recognise this leaf?

It's from the Ginkgo biloba - one of the world’s oldest living tree species.

Known for its fan-shaped leaves and remarkable resilience, this ancient tree is often associated with memory, mental clarity, and longevity. Reminding us to slow down, breathe deeply, and nurture a clear, steady mind.

Clarity and calm are cultivated gently, over time. Pause. Breathe. Let your mind settle ☘️
