Women in leadership often express that self-doubt holds them back.
This can show up as not stepping forward for promotions, not speaking truthfully, allowing certain behaviours to play out and more.

The good news is that with self awareness, alignment and nervous system regulation, you can acknowledge it, determine the source and clear it. This is the power of inner work and creating practices of mindfulness. It all ripples out into your leadership, into the way you can show up for and acknowledge others, the way you can express authentically and the way you can feel empowered and courageous in your role - even when you feel nervous, scared, doubtful.

I love facilitating this work, and witnessing people have breakthroughs in this way is truly an honour.
I have so much gratitude for a special client who experienced a powerful transformation in a breakthrough session today - her courage and willingness to go to those places within and name the shame and fear and doubt (without the detailed story) was truly illuminating.

When ‘busy’ and in anxiety, the mind is in charge, and can loop and create and perpetuate circumstances that are out of alignment with truth.

By taking time to breathe, to pay attention, to feel - everything slows, the unconscious becomes
Visible, and the power of creation is ripe in each moment.
