After many requests from those of you in my treasured yoga community, I’m happy to share that I will be hosting a weekly yoga class on Saturdays 10:30am-11:30am, commencing 7th February at Fitness Venue.

There are two payment pathways so that you can choose what suits you best —

🌀Casual class - $28 - a flexible option where you can pay as you go for the classes you attend.

🌀Monthly pass - at the beginning of each month I will release a monthly class pass where you will enjoy unlimited access to all Saturday morning yin yoga classes for that month.

You will receive a $24 saving, with each class at $22, while committing to yourself and your practice.

The pass investment is $88.

These classes will run in addition to my workshops and events, which will still be running a few times throughout the month.

Reiki & Rest is coming up this Sunday at 3:30pm ✨🙏🏼 This is a beautiful practice specifically designed to support, relax and heal your mind, body and soul.

~What to expect~

The practice begins with a centering meditation and gentle breathwork practice.

Together, we will then move through a yin/restorative yoga sequence designed to calm your nervous system and ground your energy.

The practice will close with an extended Savasana (final relaxation).This will be infused with Reiki Healing to amplify the healing effects of this practice.

This will support your body, mind and soul to integrate the shifts that have occurred.

This practice is suitable for all levels.

Try this practice under the Capricorn New Moon 🌚♑️

🌀Focus - Gallbladder Meridian, knees, the Earth element

— Lay on your side over a bolster or some cushions. Bend your knees, and rest your head on your bicep or a yoga block. Repeat on the other side

— Take half reclining hero / saddle pose - wrap one leg behind, the other leg extended. Lay back over a bolster or cushions. You can also remain seated if that is better for your body. Repeat on the other side

— Take pigeon pose - draw one knee forward with the back leg either bent or extended. Fold to the degree that serves you. Repeat on the other side

Hold each pose for 3-5 minutes

Finish your practice in meditation and ponder what seeds of intentions you’d like to plant under the first new moon of the year 🌱

I never jump on trends but this one is fun and it’s always nice to look back and see how much you’ve grown, so we’re heading back to 2016! (On my birthday eve no less, when nostalgia is already high!)

Photo 1 - I did a, shall we say, a back to nature photoshoot with two of my besties 🌿

Photo 2 - I was featured on a billboard 💁🏼‍♀️

Photo 3 - I became a yoga teacher (it’s my 10 year teaching anniversary this year!). One of the most pivotal moments for me so far, evolving my passion into my purpose 🙏🏼

Photo 4 - I taught my very first yoga class to three of my besties on the beachfront 🧘🏼‍♀️

Photo 5 - I also completed my personal training certificate after a year or two of study (2016 was a busy year!) 💪🏻

I have evolved so much since then, and will continue to do so. Will be interesting to look back in another 10 years at the journey that lays ahead.

Thank you to all of the beautiful people that I have crossed paths with along the way. It hasn’t all been smooth sailing, but there have also been lots of beautiful and fun times, and definitely some life lessons along the way 🙏🏼

So many of us are seeking love, joy, happiness and peace outside of ourselves.

The truth is, until you learn to find it within, you will never find it without.

This might manifest as ~

•Over or under-eating
•Over or under-training
•Seeking external validation from others
•Mindless scrolling or comparing yourself to others
•Too much screen time in any form
•Overspending
•Saying yes when you really mean no
•Masking your true self
•Following a path that’s not made for you instead of following your true purpose
•Being too enmeshed in with your work or within your relationship

Nothing that exists outside of you will fill the space that you are searching for.

The peace lives within you, and you have the key to access it at anytime 🗝️

Private 1:1 and small group yin yoga sessions are available 🙏🏼

These are specifically crafted to your body, your energy, and your goals. Yin Yoga postures, breathing techniques, meridian nourishment and acupressure points are used to encourage a free flow of energy through your energy channels, whilst nourishing and tonifying the ligaments, tendons and fascia.

Private sessions are great for you if:

I am passionate about all things yoga, holistic wellness, mindset and personal development, and my aim is to guide you towards wellness in all areas of your life. Taking a holistic approach that includes body movement, yoga, meditation, pranayama, nutrition, time for rest and self care, affirmations, journaling and time for reflection, essential oils, plus so much more!

A holistic approach to Wellness

It is imperative to take a balanced and holistic approach to health and wellness. There are multiple pieces to the wellness puzzle. If we focus on one or two aspects eg. diet and exercise, and allow the other pieces to fall to the wayside, we risk pulling ourselves out of balance.
