Who Does She Think She Is?

Over the weekend I started watching the Victoria Beckham documentary, mostly out of curiosity.

But what hit me instantly wasn’t the fame, the fashion or the nostalgia…

It was her becoming.

The way she openly spoke about:
- exploring who she really was beneath her past roles
- reconnecting to buried passions
- stepping into an entirely new industry
- being questioned, underestimated, even dismissed

And yet, she did it anyway.

Because she believed there was more for her.

Because she trusted that a new chapter was possible.

Because she let curiosity guide her before confidence caught up.

Celebrity or not, her story mirrors what I hear every single week:

People who feel called to something new
…but doubt their legitimacy.
People who want to reinvent
…but fear being judged.
People who are ready for their next chapter
…but are waiting to “know enough” first.

Here’s the truth Victoria reminded me of:

Reinvention doesn’t begin when you have certainty.
It begins when you have the courage to explore.

You don’t need permission.
You don’t need a perfect plan.
And you definitely don’t need to know everything.

What you do need is this:
- A willingness to start before you feel ready.
-A belief that your next chapter deserves a seat at the table.
- And the quiet confidence to back yourself even while you’re still becoming.

Because you already know more than you think.
You’re already more capable than you realise.
And the moment you choose to step forward,
you’re signalling to life: “I believe in my possible.”

And that’s the moment everything begins to change.

Right now, I’m in my own season of possibility.I’m listening to that quiet nudge that says there’s more to explore.I’m s...

Right now, I’m in my own season of possibility.

I’m listening to that quiet nudge that says there’s more to explore.

I’m speaking with people, creating, experimenting and taking bold steps toward the work I know I’m here to do.

But most importantly, I’m putting it out to the world.

I’m letting go of the what if I fail and the what if I succeed and leaning fully into the process of becoming.

Trusting my skills, my experience and the knowing that I can help individuals and businesses unlock what’s possible for them too.

Because when people grow, businesses grow.

When people feel seen, valued and connected, everything changes.

That’s why I’m developing workplace programs that bring together:
- Mindset
- Leadership
- Wellbeing

To help teams unlock their potential, sustain their energy and thrive from the inside out.

If you’re in HR, leadership or culture development and want to explore how to empower your people with a Possibility Mindset, I’d love to connect.

Let’s chat about how I can help your teams grow with clarity, confidence and purpose.

Do you remember Playschool?

Each episode, we’d pause to see which window they’d choose: the square, the circle or the arch.

A simple choice that opened the door to a new world, a new story, a new experience.

Lately, I’ve been thinking… life is a lot like that.

Every day, we’re choosing our window, the one we look through to see ourselves, our possibilities and our path forward.

Some of us choose the square: structured, safe, familiar.
Some choose the circle: fluid, evolving, open.
And then there’s the arch: expansive, curious, a little uncertain, but full of light and potential.

I’ve been choosing the arch this past decade.

The window that lets possibility in.

Because this is what The Possibility Project is all about, helping people find their window, open it and see what’s truly possible when they step through.

So, which window are you choosing?

The path of possibility becomes more apparent as you start to walk to the way.

With each step your confidence grows, your passion deepens and your possibility mindset widens.

Of course it doesn’t come without obstacles, doubt or fear, but these things are all part of your growth, all part of your experience….

All part of your possibility project.

The Possibility of Throwing Caution to the Wind

Back in 2011, I got swept up in the online shopping craze and started an online store with my sister called Berry Boutique (the name really says it all!).

It began, as many ideas do, with a spark of inspiration and if I’m honest, a little bit of comparison. I’d seen others doing it and thought, how hard could it be?

So, I convinced my sister to give it a go.

We built a Shopify store, sourced products, set up at markets, we did it all.

It was equal parts chaos and creativity, driven by a simple “nothing to lose” attitude.

At the time, I didn’t realise it, but I was right in the middle of my first Possibility Project experiment, exploring what it meant to back an idea, take a risk and learn through doing.

That little venture didn’t make it past its first year, but it was far from a failure.

It was the foundation.

It taught me about business, people, creativity, courage and most importantly, about myself.

It opened the door to everything I do now: helping others explore what’s possible in their own work, life and business.

And while Berry Boutique might have closed its doors, the curiosity and courage it sparked are still alive now through The Possibility Project, where I guide others to turn their own “what ifs” into next steps.

Because sometimes, throwing caution to the wind is exactly what leads you to where you’re meant to be.

The possibility of doing something new.

I have started this week with an incredibly full heart, new learnings, a refreshed self and new connections after having spent a few days at the Finders Keepers retreat with Jac Phillips and Gabrielle Dolan - a thousand times thank you!

This was my first retreat, ever! I had dreamed of doing one previously, but as we can often do we let the idea of dreaming become our reality rather than making the commitment to do it.

At the start of the year I set an intention that I would attend a retreat this year and it was all I needed to make it possible.

I could never have imagined the impact those few days have had on me... the quiet time alone, the learning, the insights, those precious ah-ha moments and of course the incredible women I met and now call friends.

But as with anything, you only get what you put into it.

So now I am setting a new intention of taking the action, by putting my learning into real life steps and forging my desired path forward.

What is your something new that you want to make possible?

A huge heartfelt thanks and appreciation to the women I met, laughed with, explored with, opened up with and connected with, my fellow Keepers..

Seeing the possibility in what you already know...

A client came to me ready for change but stuck on where to start.

- She wanted greater flexibility.
- She wanted to be more present for her kids.
- She had her eyes on study, but something kept getting in the way.

When we slowed things down, we looked at what she already had, her skills, experiences and strengths from her current work.

Piece by piece, we uncovered what was transferrable, what could be reframed and what could open doors to something new without waiting for the perfect moment or another qualification.

That’s where her shift began, not from doing something new, but from seeing herself differently.

Because sometimes, the next step isn’t about starting over.

It’s about seeing the possibility in where you already are.

What strengths might already be leading you toward your next chapter?

The Possibility in Thriving

Today was another reminder of what happens when women come together, leaning into the joy, the frustration, the discomfort, the passion and the drive that fuel our work and our lives.

We were guided by the incredible Androulla Sakkas, who led us on a journey of connecting mind and body to how we see, feel and hear our businesses.

She invited us to meet our future selves and carve a clear path forward as we round out the final quarter of 2025 and step into a new year.

I arrived at Thrive today feeling a little flat, it’s been a big few weeks navigating the natural ebbs and flows of life but I left feeling seen, heard and recharged.

For me, thriving isn’t about having it all together. It’s not an all-or-nothing state.

It’s about meeting yourself where you are, acknowledging what’s real and allowing space for both the stretch and the stillness. It’s about sharing the journey and using the tools within and around you to keep moving forward. 🗝️

The Possibility in Our Emotions

In every room, someone is holding something heavy.

This week, it was me.

I said goodbye to my beautiful girl, a beloved member of my family, a loyal companion through so many seasons of my life.

The grief has been raw and deep. But within that pain, I’ve also found something powerful, the reminder that our emotions are not something to be fixed, but felt.

So often, we’re taught to push through. To hide what’s uncomfortable.

But emotions are messengers, not mistakes.

They show us what we care about, where we’re growing and what needs tending to.

What’s held me steady this week isn’t the absence of pain, but the foundation I’ve built through practice:

🧘‍♀️ Breathwork that grounds me.
📝 Journaling that gives shape to the swirl of thoughts.
🕯️ Meditation that softens the edges.
💬 Honest conversations that remind me I’m not alone.

These rituals haven’t made the sadness disappear, they’ve helped me stay with it without losing myself in it.

And that’s the possibility in our emotions, when we allow them to move through us instead of shutting them down, they create space.

- Space for empathy.
- Space for deeper connection.
- Space for authenticity, in life, in leadership, in the way we show up at work and at home.

Because emotional wellbeing isn’t just personal, it’s professional.

It’s the foundation of trust, creativity, and real human leadership.

So today, I’m honouring my emotions, all of them as powerful teachers.

When you make deliberate decisions to change your life, career, health, circumstances… you will change.

This can often bring discomfort because you will notice that even though you’ve changed, the world, environment, people around you won’t change and this is OK.

Your greatest strength comes from embracing this transformation when others question you, when it feels uncomfortable, when fear or doubt shows up.

Keep staying in alignment with what you desire and keep being intentional about your decisions…

Holidays have always been a beautiful time for reflection.
Space to slow down.
Space to breathe.
Space to ask the bigger questions we so often put on hold in the busyness of life.

But here’s the shift: we don’t need to wait for holidays to do this.

Years ago, I set an intention that holidays would become an extension of my everyday life, not the finish line I crawled toward, exhausted and depleted.

I decided I wanted every day to hold energy, health and joy not just the ones circled on a calendar.

And that’s the essence of possibility.
To design a life that sustains you daily, not one that you need to escape from.

So I’ll ask you:
What if you treated today as if it was part of your holiday?
What space, energy or joy could you give yourself right now?

📸 I’m enjoying a beautiful holiday in Bali at the moment.

3 signs you might be ready for your next chapter

Sometimes the universe gives us a nudge (or in this case… a high kick).

So how do you know it’s time to explore possibility?

These 3 signs come up again and again:

1. You’ve achieved what you once wanted… but it doesn’t light you up anymore.
2. You feel restless, like there’s something more calling, but can’t quite name it.
3. You’re craving impact to know your work and life are making a difference.

If any of these feel familiar, you’re likely standing at the edge of your next chapter.

And here’s the best part: you don’t have to leap (or kick!) alone.

That’s exactly what The Possibility Project is here for.

Reach out if you would like to know about the October cohort of The Possibility Project.

This is Me. Raising my Happiness

Before the reality of being a marathon running, business mum was even a sniff of a thought – I was a naive 32 year old woman who thought life as a mum wouldn’t be that tricky.

I would have my baby, take some time off and then return to work where I left off.

They say naivety is a beautiful thing and thank goodness that IT is such a thing, because god knows what dreams or ambitions I would’ve left on the table.

The reality of motherhood hit me square in the face, many times over but the true reality of how much of a juggle being a parent is was when I returned to work post maternity leave.
