Living in constant fear means you're not truly living. If you're scared of something, the best way to overcome that fear is to gradually expose yourself to it.

You have two options in how you approach this:

🐰 Bunny Mode (Prey):
This is when you just endure the fear, gritting your teeth and trying to get through it as quickly as possible. It's not very effective and can be painful.

🦁 Lion Mode (Predator):
This is when you acknowledge the difficulty of a situation but understand the importance of facing your fears. You approach it with courage and use your skills to manage anxiety. You may feel scared, but you believe that you can overcome it.

If you find yourself struggling with anxious thoughts or phobias, it's important to confront them head-on. Break them down into smaller, more manageable pieces and attack them with courage. You may also want to consider seeking guidance from a psychologist, who can help you create a personalised plan for overcoming your fears.

Check out our video on tackling anxiety and learn how to apply a predator-like attack circuit to anxious thoughts, aiding exposure therapy. Find it here ⏯️ youtube.com/watch?v=pq5Rv15g4TM
