Check out the process of making a night splint! Custom made to your hand and cushioned for comfort.

Hand therapists commonly recommend and fabricate custom night splints to address a variety of hand and wrist conditions by maintaining a specific, neutral position during sleep.

Common reasons include:
• Healing & Pain Reduction: By keeping the wrist straight, a night splint can alleviate pain and numbness associated with conditions like carpal tunnel syndrome.

Your wrists do more than you think—they position your hands for lifting, carrying, pushing, and weight-bearing. When stability is lost, pain and limited movement can follow.

4 Key Factors for Wrist Stability:
• Proper bone alignment
• Strong ligaments
• Well-functioning muscles
• Good proprioception (your body’s ability to sense joint position)

Why retrain your wrist?
After injury, proprioception can be affected, leading to instability and higher risk of re-injury. Wrist retraining exercises help restore movement, strength, and coordination.
