This time of year comes with even more on our ‘to do’ list, more on our calendars, and increased pressures, on top of all the life we are still living.
It is easy to get sucked up, and lose the very essence of what this holiday season is about, love and peace.
So now more than ever, prioritise your conscious breath - when you feel the stressed rising, take one. Long. Slow. Mindful. Breath. Give yourself a 10 second gift of a pause.
Or in the morning, gift yourself even one mindful sip of your morning drink, taste it, be grateful for it and feel the space you can create in a small moment.
Or if you’re feeling more bold, set your boundaries and keep them, don’t feel guilty in saying no to someone, feel grateful you remembered you are important too.
This season can be full, but you can create mini (and not so mini) moments of peace, to keep you aligned in the spirit of what all this should be about.
Share this with someone who is wearing all the hats and needs a gentle reminder that they they matter too, and they are not alone 💕
