Seeds aren’t just a topping.
They are one of my go-to, easy, yummy snacks… and lunchbox friendly for the win!

✨ 1/4 cup of this mix = 11g protein
✨ High fibre = fuller for longer
✨ Healthy fats = steady energy (no 3pm crash)
✨ AND can be sweet or savoury(for those of us that need it all)

Functional.
Filling.
Feels good.

‘If you can, you must’ 💛

If you haven’t read Emma Carey’s book, The Girl Who Fell From the Sky… I would definitely recommend it. This quote has stuck with me since reading it… our life as we know it is not guaranteed… and makes me think, maybe our purpose is just to say yes and enjoy the moments we are given.

Also a powerhouse quote to fuel the year a head.

Christmas is magic… but so is feeling good in your body ✨And yes, we can enjoy the festive sweets without writing off our health goals until January.

If the sugar cravings are loud (they always are), these treats hit the sweet spot — indulgent, satisfying, and still aligned with feeling strong, energised, and balanced.

These are 5 of my festive favourites:

1. Raw Chocolate Truffles 🤤 – rich, fudgy, zero deprivation vibes

Tis the season 🤣🫠

This one’s going out to all of us out there, going to extra gatherings… attending end of year/Christmas school activities… getting presents… worried you’re don’t have enough presents/too many presents… figuring out how to still juggle everyday life (that doesn’t seem to care it’s Christmas)… all the while still focusing on the main goal of keeping everyone alive 😮‍💨

My attempt to keep it all together looks like random, ‘cringe’ (as my children would say) dancing, because sometimes you just need to move and laugh it out.

You find what works for you.

But remember, you’re not alone, this is a full time of year, and don’t forget to take care of you in that long list of to do’s.

This time of year comes with even more on our ‘to do’ list, more on our calendars, and increased pressures, on top of all the life we are still living.

It is easy to get sucked up, and lose the very essence of what this holiday season is about, love and peace.

So now more than ever, prioritise your conscious breath - when you feel the stressed rising, take one. Long. Slow. Mindful. Breath. Give yourself a 10 second gift of a pause.

Or in the morning, gift yourself even one mindful sip of your morning drink, taste it, be grateful for it and feel the space you can create in a small moment.

Or if you’re feeling more bold, set your boundaries and keep them, don’t feel guilty in saying no to someone, feel grateful you remembered you are important too.

This season can be full, but you can create mini (and not so mini) moments of peace, to keep you aligned in the spirit of what all this should be about.

Share this with someone who is wearing all the hats and needs a gentle reminder that they they matter too, and they are not alone 💕

Lunch prep done ✅

Think colours, fresh veg, tangy dressing, rice noodles and protein- ready and waiting in the fridge 🤯

Done along side dinner means prep once, eat for the week 🙌🏽

Who else loves a salad in a jar??

You will love this one! Could double the dressing… it’s delicious 🤤 (props to my husband for this one… it’s his go to!)
