✨ As we wind down for the year, I just want to say… thank you 💛
To every one of you who made time for movement this year — through extreme sweat, wild weather, watching storm clouds roll in, and (let's be real) turning up on days you really didn’t feel like it — you’ve been the heartbeat of this space.
Whether we trained together 1:1, met in small groups, sweated it out with HIIT Box Step, PB45 or Full Body Blasts. Stretched online, or had a box & laugh whilst waiting for me to say "Okay relaxation time" — THANK YOU.
From powerhouse seniors to NDIS legends, to busy mums and quiet fighters, to first-timers and long-timers, men and women, teenagers and retirees… you’ve each brought your own magic.
Group fitness is for everyone — it just happens that my hubby is still the only bloke brave enough to tackle glute bridges with a room full of women 🤣💪 (Shoutout to you, Burnsee)
Your trust, your commitment (even the wobbly kind), and your willingness to try weird moves with weird names — it means the absolute world to me. Supporting your body, your mind, and your soul through movement is the thing that brings me the deepest joy.
We officially close for the year after Wednesday Dec 18th, and I’ll be kicking off sessions again from January 19th. There may be the odd impromptu sweat & stretch pop-up… so keep your eyes peeled 👀
Until then — rest, laugh, eat the good stuff, and take a moment to honour everything you’ve carried and accomplished this year.
