💪 Expression of Interest — 2026 9:30am Classes for Young-at-Heart Seniors
Just because we’re over 50 doesn’t mean we’re ready for “falls prevention only” and slow-motion exercise.
Many of us are nowhere near done — and we want to stay strong, capable, confident, and active for as long as possible.
If you’re young at heart and interested in joining a small group of like-minded seniors who want to:

✨ stay active and mobile
✨ challenge the body just enough
✨ and have fun while doing it
…then we’re opening EOIs for a 2026 morning fitness group.

This is not a clinical “slow class” — it’s safe, supportive, adaptable, and perfect for people who still want to feel alive in their bodies.
