Competing in amateur bodybuilding ignited my passion for strength training, but it was overcoming my own health challenges that truly shaped my approach. I’ve experienced firsthand how movement can heal, empower, and bring clarity—even when progress feels slow. Now, I’m here to help others discover the joy of movement, no matter their starting point. At JB Flex & Flow, it’s not about chasing “perfect.” It’s about building strength, confidence, and resilience while honoring your body’s unique journey.
