After Easter, I’ll be moving into a 3-table group healing space…

Which means your sessions will now be shared with up to 2 others.

And I know what some of you might be thinking…

“How is that more beneficial?”

Such a valid question 💛

But here’s what I want you to understand…

✨ Healing isn’t about how much I do to your body
It’s about how much your body is able to receive

And that’s where this gets really powerful.

In a group setting: As one person’s nervous system begins to regulate…

Breathing slows
Bodies soften
The whole space shifts

So even in moments where I’m not physically touching you…

One of the most common things I hear from my clients is:

“I wish I had learnt this years ago.”

“I wish I had this support when I was younger.”

Because as adults, so many women are only just beginning to understand their emotions, regulate their nervous system, and feel safe in their own body.

Not because they’ve done anything wrong —
but because they were never taught how.

And it gets me thinking…

What if girls learnt this earlier?

What if they understood their emotions…
instead of suppressing them?

What if they knew how to regulate their nervous system…
instead of living in stress or overwhelm?

What if they grew up trusting themselves?

This is something that’s been sitting on my heart for a while now.

When I finally experienced real change in my own body, it wasn’t because I pushed harder or did more.

It was because I stayed.
I stayed consistent.
I created safety.
I gave it time.

In the past, when I tried to “fix” myself,
I always wanted fast results.
Big releases.
Clear before-and-afters.

But deep down, I didn’t always want to commit to the steady work that real healing requires.

The only time it truly worked?
Was when I stopped rushing my nervous system.
When I trusted the process — even when it felt subtle or uncertain.
When I allowed my body to reorganise at the pace it needed.

I gave it consistency.
Safety.
Time.

The change wasn’t fast or dramatic.

It was steady.

And long-lasting.

And that’s what changed everything.

Spinal Flow isn’t about intensity.
It’s about frequency.

For the past 7 days I’ve been part of the Spinal Flow Immersive — supporting, observing, learning, refining.
