Sydney!
We have expanded!
Put previously SOLD OUT circle has had the capacity to grow.
Thank you to a team of passionate and skilled support sisters and moving to a bigger space, we have opened up our circle.

There are now a few more spaces for this workshop.
This one’s all about birth; for the pregnant mamas, support people, midwives and doulas supporting in any setting.
From hands on skills, working with a rebozo, to supporting mama in pregnancy to having the knowledge and discernment of how to support births that aren’t unfolding smoothly.
This is for you!

We also have a few spaces left for Roots of the Feminine in Annandale (only an hour away).
It’s the perfect opportunity to attend both my signature circles in one city.
DM me for a discount code if you want to attend both.

Don’t wait these last few spaces will be snapped up🧡

The last slide got me 🥹🥹🥹

That closing embrace says everything.
All of us woven together after a week of ceremony, learning, tears, laughter, fire, and deep remembering.

If you’ve ever longed to be in a space where you are fully seen — not for what you do, not for the role you hold — but for who you are underneath it all… this is the space we create.

One of the strongest reflections from the women who have previously gathered is the sisterhood.

Not surface level connection.
Not networking.
But real witnessing.

We sit with each other in truth.
We hold each other in grief and in joy.
We recognise ourselves in one another.

The healing of the sister wound has been an unexpected gift of this retreat.
To see a woman in her pain and not turn away.
To stay.
To hold her as she transforms it.
And to feel yourself transforming alongside her (sound like a useful skill for sitting in the birth space?!).

Many of these women are still closely connected. Because when you traverse the depths together… when you allow yourself to be fully seen… when you pray and learn and unravel side by side… something deep takes root.

This retreat will deepen your skills.
But…!

Moreso it will deepen your capacity to be in true relationship with other women.
To truly see, without shying away.
To hold in real compassion and understanding.
Because you’ve been held there yourself.

There are only a few spaces remaining for this year’s immersion.
If you’ve been feeling the pull…one of the last spaces is open for you.

You would be so welcome here. 🌿

Reciprocity is not something we add on at the end.
It is the foundation of Weaving Within.

Our teachers say.
This work is not just for here, you need to take it back to your communities.
They see that the world is in need of healing, it impacts them too.
They want these teachings to travel.
But not as extraction.
Not as trend.
Not as something separated from its roots.

They remind us:
If you are going to carry this, carry it well.

Be shaped by the land.

Be connected by ceremony.

Be held in your own healing.

Learn in right relationship.

Because you cannot take women where you have not gone yourself.

This is sacred responsibility.

And this retreat is an opportunity to step into it — with humility, integrity, and depth.

Only a few spaces remain for this year’s immersion.
If you feel the call to learn in relationship, you are welcome here. It’s time.

We always have bone broth on the go in our house — drunk straight (my grandmother gave it to us in bottles as babies) or as the base of everything.
This is why my congees, soups and slow cooks are next level.

Why it’s a postpartum powerhouse:
✨ Supports the gut — especially when many women receive antibiotics in pregnancy or birth. Gut health directly impacts emotional wellbeing.
✨ Collagen + gelatin for tissue repair and gut lining support.
✨ Deep minerals + healthy fats — breastmilk is fat-based, so we need good fats in.
✨ Warm, hydrating, rebuilding nourishment.

🧡For low AFI or waters breaking early:
1L bone broth + ghee + salt daily.

Spices — this is where it becomes medicinal:
Red dates + goji (blood building)
Shiitake (nervous system + immune support)
Ginger + cinnamon (warming circulation)
Turmeric (anti-inflammatory)
Cumin, coriander + fennel (digestive + milk supply support)
Salt + splash of vinegar to draw minerals from the bones.

For a proper collagen-rich broth choose connective tissue + cartilage:
Chicken feet, wings, necks, frames, skin
Pig trotters
Beef marrow bones
Oxtail
Knuckle/joint bones
Tendons

Cook 3–4 hrs on low. Gentle heat preserves the gelatin.
Instant Pot for ease, stovetop for extra wobble.

Bone broth isn’t trendy… it’s timeless.

Save this and let me know how yours turns out.

Everything you need to know in one place (sort of, follow the links 😉)

I move into my new clinic space early February and I’m already taking birth bookings for October! How wild does that feel.

Our circles and retreats are filling with only a few spaces left and I can’t wait to open a new container for Weaving her Wisdom, the 4th mentoring journey I’ll be embarking on again. These containers light me up!

This year will also have more space for postpartum cook ups which I have really refined and placenta medicine which is just such a sacred things for me to craft in my “down time”
💗 I really do love this work so much.
Thanks for being a part of it🪶

I’m looking forward to a really grounded and present year in my new community🌊

These two gatherings were never designed to compete — they were created to complete one another.
The one day is not a condensed version of the two day, they are designed to build on a foundation of embodied wisdom.

🪶Roots of the Feminine returns us to menstrual wisdom, energetic support, and the cyclical nature of women’s bodies — offering practices that nourish, protect, and ready the body for conception, through while supporting menstruation and postpartum as vital gateways of care.

🪶Rooted in Remembering brings this wisdom into pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery — teaching hands-on, traditional skills that help prepare and optimise the conditions for physiological birth, no matter where a woman plans to birth. These are skills that deepen trust in the body and support women to be met with confidence, tools, and informed insight.

Together, these gatherings expand your capacity to tend to women across their reproductive lives — from conception to birth and beyond — allowing relationships of care to continue, deepen, and have lasting impact💗

I’ve never run these two events alongside each other before.

If you’re local — or travelling — this is a rare opportunity to attend both and receive the teachings as a whole.

Because we are at a pivotal time.

The future of women’s womb health and birth is being shaped right now — by what we choose to remember, what we choose to carry, and what we allow to be lost.

I’m choosing to be part of the movement that carries sacred women’s wisdom forward — grounded, embodied, and alive🔥

If you feel called to attend both, I’m offering a discount code.

DM me to receive it — there are only a few spaces left, and booking is essential.

This lineage continues through those willing to step forward.

Do you ever leave an in-person training feeling inspired on the day…
but worried you’ll forget what you learned, or that it didn’t quite land deeply enough for you to feel confident using it in practice?
That gap is real — and it’s one I’m here to address..
This is why everyone who attends Roots of the Feminine or Rooted in Remembering receives free access to Sacred Support — a 2-hour online masterclass recording on belly binding, valued at $210.
It gives you unlimited access to return to the teachings, revisit the foundations, and let the knowledge settle into your body over time — especially when memory fades or questions arise. Learning doesn’t end when the event does.

Belly binding can be a simple practice with profound impact. But when understood well, it becomes a deeply intentional therapeutic tool for physical support, energetic containment, emotional regulation, and recovery — for yourself and for the women you serve.
It can support menstruation, pregnancy, birth, postpartum healing, and the transitions in between, when the body and nervous system are most vulnerable.

We explore this work in both gatherings, with different lenses.

✨Roots of the Feminine focuses on menstrual and energetic support — how belly binding can be used as a grounding, protective, and restorative practice during menstruation and postpartum, for both practitioners and clients.

✨Rooted in Remembering is oriented toward birth — exploring belly binding through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery, and how it can be woven into hands-on support with clarity and confidence.

The two events complement each other beautifully. If you have the capacity, attending both allows the practice to be understood more fully — not as a technique, but as a living skill you can carry with integrity.

There are only a few spaces left, and booking is essential to secure your place.

If you’re ready to deepen your confidence and truly remember these skills, now is the time.

This work is meant to be carried — not once, but over a lifetime.
