It’s the simple things that matter most to these little legends! A hard one for@a few of us to digest! Hit home for me

Given a chance this boy would do something with himself. Majority of us on the outside are given a chance and never take it. This was a lightbulb moment

The Australian cricket team do this so well and it’s something I believe can save a life, change the course of someone’s life, and definitely make someone’s day

Yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh what an epic day! For all those Primary school chalkies out there raise ya arms and sing with a smile on ya dial! Find Ya Feet ran an early Primary school workshop today (soon to be available) all thanks to the brilliance, the passion, the drive of a legend we at FYF love and value called Lou!

there are so many things we love about Lou but one I want to let you know most about is her authentic approach. As a chalkie of a heck of along time she knows her craft and today was able to execute a session where boys as young as 8 years old discussed concepts around mate-ship and values that will set them up for life. Well done Lou. We love you and can’t wait to see you go next level with our primary programs . I tell ya what, by all reports the year 3 boys were tickled pink like cockatoos with a belly full of grass seeds to see our first book ‘Timmy and the wonky fence’ make its debut as the core component of Lou’s workshop. It has more colour and emotion than a lorikeet singing the national anthem all thanks to the incredibly hard work of illustrator ! Your professionalism and communication throughout this journey has been next level and we are so grateful to have you onboard.

We’ve made some huge inroads this year and it’s a heck of an exciting time thanks to the organisational skills of and Matt Clarke! Thanks for ya time over the last few days Shell. You put everything into it and that is obvious through your dedication to seeing the work first hand so you can communicate that to our schools, corporates, and sporting clients. It’s a ripper of a team I’ve been lucky enough to find and build over the last twelve months and I’ll be forever grateful for the work we are getting done.

So much love for you all! Let’s go!

When a young man hears that his mates are battling too it pulls him back from the edge. The Power of vulnerability? It’s a lifesaver!

This young fella had never shared this story before. You could see the trauma in his eyes. Yesterday he started his journey on working through the pain. Love to ya mate

Very special to spend time with an old friend yesterday. I’ve always admired ya mate from afar. We’d never spent time like we did yesterday. To sit in the lineup at Sunset Point (2ft ha ha bit different to how ya usually surf it) with my boy Alf, and chew the fat, be honest, authentic, and look back on both of our journeys, good and bad, so far was meant the world. You’ve got an epic family, you’ve created a beautiful life with through bloody hard work, and you demonstrate all the best things about Finding Ya Feet. You have discipline, structure, conviction and ya lead with actions. I bloody love ya! Thank you for having us and making us feel so welcome!!

Trigger warning- story mentions su***de.
He stands tall in a room where necks are craned toward him like sunflowers chasing that rare winter sun. He has bright red hair, a smile that spells rascal, and a heart beatin away in his best and lest bigger than a Darwin sunset. Either side of him stand a friend. In the back row stand two more. Four across is the Australian Cricket Coach Andrew McDonald, Aussie selector George Bailey, behind him Aussie Bowler and Aussie wicket keeper and batter . Two up sits Find Ya Feet Ambassador and Aussie cricket captain and Assistant coach Andre Borovec. They make up a small corner of a huge room. 120 men in total. The fella holdin court takes a huge breath before sharing his story. His father had been rocked by the loss of a best mate. In the space of twenty minutes he’d received a warm text from a mate telling him how much he loved him. Confused, hoping everything was okay, he said his father sat trying to work it out. He then received a call from his best mates wife-he had taken his own life. He cries, his mates hold him. We all want to hold him. The room moves over to do so.

Another fella stands to take the opportunity. His brother has been bullied to the point he has lost touch with those around him and spiralled into isolation. The champion realises he needs to reach out. He speaks with conviction, he has direction. He leaves knowing what he needs to do.

It’s a room that has maturity and compassion. What it devoured was the platform given to speak from their hearts. The teachers were in awe of their young men but not surprised. They knew the ability of the group. They know they will go far.

The cricket boys leave the lads with words of gratitude. ‘Thank you for letting us into your rooms, we will be forever grateful’ say Alex Carey. Marshy lets the boys know in a team ‘you are never alone and today you showed that. As a group you are so much more’.

The young fellas clap each other’s efforts and shake the hands of their cricketing hero’s. Like a batter marks his crease the young men today marked theirs.
