This week I’m up on the Sunny Coast, settling in, exploring the area, and connecting with old and new friends — while our daughter Poppy begins her new school journey. It’s a mix of emotions: feeling happy to be here, and also tender as we prepare to say goodbye to our Avalon home of 18 years amazing years.

I’ll be returning to Avalon for a couple of weeks before moving up here permanently, and during that time I’ve opened a small number of Bowen appointments at the Magic Turtle Clinic, 10/25 Old Barrenjoey Road, Avalon

Ever wondered what Bowen therapy looks like in action?
Today I’ve got my husband on the table — he bravely agreed to be my model while I filmed 😄

He’s a full-time bus driver, and spending hours glued to a seat can leave him with a sore lower back and cranky knees.

These gentle Bowen moves help reduce pain, release tension, and get the body moving more freely — especially if you spend most of your day sitting, whether at a desk or behind the wheel!

Earlier this week, a client came to see me and you knee pain and struggling to walk comfortably. As a keen tennis player, she’d had to put the sport she loves on hold as its was making it worse 😔

After her first Bowen Therapy session, she was able to move more more freely and walk out of the clinic feeling noticeably better. 🙌🙌🙌
