An Initial Consultation focuses on getting to know you, your medical history, current concern/s and your wellbeing goals, in order to work with you collaboratively to craft a personalised, holistic healthcare plan.

Typical appointment structure:
- Discussion on your reason/ Health concern
- Review & discuss your medical history (Medical History Form is to be completed online prior to appointment)
- Physical assessment (eg: Traditional Chinese Medicine tongue and pulse diagnosis)
- Review of and/or request for blood and pathology assessments
- Intuitive card reading (optional)
- Discuss & design a treatment plan
- Prescriptions (eg: Chinese Herbal Medicine, vitamin and mineral supplementation, vibration/flower remedies)
- Lifestyle and dietary guidance
- Acupuncture
- Relaxation music and or Guided Meditation

AUTUMN - MERIDIAN MEDICINE 🍂

Autumn is upon us… As the wheel of the year prepares to shift again. Here we can find ourselves right in a magical and pivotal point. Autumn is the transition between the active Yang Summer seasons, and the most passive season of Winter.

This pivotal point invites us to draw our energy inwards. The nourishing essence of Yin, invited us to pause and take time for self reflection - yet also encouraging us to transform and let go of all that no longer serves us.

Autumn is closely related to the elements of Air and Metal. We see this reflected in nurture through the winds of change.. which allow to leaves to fall.

We can also experience this direct correlation within our own physical bodies, as the Lungs and Large Intestine organs and Meridian’s are at their peak, working symbiotically with nature through the rhythm of the breath of (Inspiration) - and releasing with the (exhale) and also the release through Large Intestine (The bowels)

Hi, my name is Renee Gould - I am an experienced and passionate multi-modality practitioner with 15 years in private practice.

As a qualified TCM Practitioner, Energetic Healer, Bowen Therapist, Hypnotist, Meditation Teacher and Reiki Master, I am driven to continually develop & expand my skills to address all aspects of wellbeing in a way that honours and best supports the individual.
