ANNNDDD we are off…

2026 is off to a cracking start at Hillsborough Horses, quite literally this morning actually as I did forget to set an alarm for farrier morning!!

Never fear we made it in time to trim 8 horses and to re arrange the feed shed.

We’ve already started scheduling pulse visits including trips south to Sarina and Koumala and North to Bloomsbury, Proserpine and Cannonvale. Perhaps even a trip west to Nebo and Moranbah?

We’ve had 2 of our holiday horses go home, with 4 still here and 2 more to come shortly.

We are back riding between showers and a vet visit is scheduled for later this week plus we have a constant stream of agistment enquiries – I’m glad I had some down time to recharge.

Hope you all had a wonderful break and we see you all out and about enjoying your horses!

The irony that the last horse of the year is ‘Rum Runner’ when I’m off to Dan Murphy’s to buy some Bundy myself

You know the drill, if you need a horse pulsed over the next 4 weeks, still send me a message. With some bribery I may attend 😂

⚡️ 6 weeks difference!! ⚡️

One of my regular race horse clients had a pretty nasty incident happen with one of his horses, these photos are 6 weeks difference. We are doing weekly pulsing and the owner is being very diligent in keeping the wound clean and wrapped.

PEMF helps nasty wounds to heal faster by increasing blood flow, decreasing inflammation and helping rebuild healthy tissue. All while being very non intrusive!!

What a great result for wonderful clients! We hope this boy is back racing very soon 🐎
