I've been away for the weekend attending a Family Constellations workshop for class 💙

We are each of us a product of our family system, but also an important component thereof.

The challenges of our ancestors do not need to be something we carry for them, but they are things we can return with respect and honour for their fate.

I will be returning to Creswick today and look forward to hosting our Community Soundbath tonight, where we may gift ourselves stillness, with an opportunity to integrate and connect with our Inner world.
