What We’re Looking For:

Experience in support work is valued, but not essential

Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy

Passionate about supporting others to achieve their goals

Holds (or is willing to obtain):

National Police Check

First Aid & CPR Certificate

Working With Children Check

NDIS Screening Check

Valid driver’s licence and comprehensive car insurance

About the Role:
We’re on the lookout for a compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Worker to join our awesome team! This casual role will see you providing vital support to individuals in a supported living environment. If you’re someone who loves helping others lead independent lives, then we want YOU!

Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Assist with daily living tasks (personal care, meal prep, and all that good stuff).
✔️ Help promote independence through person-centred care.
✔️ Chip in with house tasks – cleaning, laundry, and keeping things tidy.
✔️ Support individuals to access the community and engage in fun recreational activities.

Skills & Experience:
✨Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
✨Passion for supporting people to live their best lives!
✨Flexible hours
✨Experience in disability support is a bonus, but not essential.
✨Current National Police Check and First Aid/CPR certification , and Working with Children's Check (or willing to get it).
