As a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker, my focus is on empowering individuals to lead fulfilling and independent lives. With a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and support, I have developed excellent communication and relationship-building skills and always strive to put the needs of those I support at the forefront. My experience across a range of settings, including mental health facility, mainstream schools, support work, retail and managing voting centres has equipped me with a diverse range of skills and a deep understanding of the support needs of different individuals.
