To take care of your Mind, is to become more mindful of what you feed it each day.🌺

To become more Conscious of thought patterns, that pass through moment to moment...🦋

🪻Choose kind thoughts over resentful ones.
🪻Choose thoughts that allow for a broader understanding, over one's that causes us to judge.
🪻Choose an abundant mindset, over one that is of lack.
🪻Choose to focus on memories that remind us of our blessings, and to let go of ones that put us in a state of doubt.

What freedom lies in knowing, that there are little ways you can go about, to help shift your Perspective...🌼

In time, these little choices made, will give birth to the most Beautiful Mind.💙
