Something is breaking open. can you feel it?

Eclipse week doesn’t whisper - it exposes. It cuts cords. It collapses timelines. It pulls the shadow into the light and asks you to choose.
And as we move toward the Year of the Fire Horse, hesitation is no longer sustainable.
Fire Horse energy is instinctual. Electric. Unapologetic.
It does not shrink to stay comfortable.
It runs toward what sets it alive.
This is Kundalini current.
Prana rising.

Through dynamic movement, we stimulate the lymphatic system to restore energetic balance, while mantra brings the mind into harmony - so that our expression becomes a true reflection of our intention.
