People I train often tell me they never saw themselves lifting weights — and now they never miss a session.
They tell me they walk farther, feel stronger, and just as importantly, that they’ve made friendships along the way.

This is why I do what I do.
I’m committed to helping people build functional strength, feel confident in their bodies, and experience ageing as something positive, social, and empowering.

I’m so proud to be facilitating these free Seniors Strength & Balance Workshops with Together2 as part of Seniors Festival 2026 🌿

If you’re an Inner West senior — or know someone who is — this is a gentle, supportive way to get started.
