It’s Cervical Cancer Awareness Week 💙

At Bankstown Women’s Health Centre, we’re putting our full focus into empowering women with knowledge, confidence and access to life-saving screening.

Through our grant with the Cancer Institute NSW, we’re delivering a targeted Cervical Screening Campaign to support women in our community — breaking down stigma, building awareness, and making screening easier and more accessible for everyone.

At Bankstown Women’s Health Centre, our team is here to help women in the Canterbury-Bankstown area who are experiencing hardship, housing stress, or domestic and family violence.

We have 3 qualified Case Workers who can support women with:

🏠 Crisis and temporary accommodation
🏡 Housing support and referrals
🛒 Access to our Food Share Program
💳 Work and Development Orders (WDOs)
💪 Free exercise classes and wellbeing programs

As a wrap-around women’s health service, we also provide:
👩‍⚕️ A Women’s Health Doctor
🧠 A Senior Psychologist and Counsellors
👧 A Child and Adolescent Counsellor
🥗 A Dietitian
