Getting through your workout & completing every rep & set… it’s dependent on your mindset. How do you talk to yourself through these moments when it gets tough?

When you don’t make a commitment to yourself & your goals ~ it’s unlikely you are going to get results you are happy with.

When you have the approach of ‘just seeing how things go’ & you’re not 100% committed, you’re setting yourself up to fail.

If you’re not fully committed to a goal ~ you won’t give it all the effort that’s required to succeed.

Get clear on your desired outcome, make the decision to be 110% committed, then show up for yourself & your goals.

If you want real results, results that you are going to be happy with, then make a commitment & follow through on that every single day.

Or do your habits control you?

Our subconscious mind is where all our habits & patterns of behaviour reside. If you want to change a habit, go straight to the source ~ the subconscious mind.

Have you ever tried to change a habit, such as, start going to the gym, eating healthier or stopping smoking etc. only to find that you cannot keep up the new habit & so you end up going back to your old pattern of behaviour again?

You relate to this, don’t you?

It’s because the acceptance of a new habit requires the cooperation of our subconscious mind.

Willpower alone is rarely enough.

We all know that we should be fit & healthy ~ leading a particular healthy lifestyle, however, think about all the excuses & obstacles our mind creates for us.

We sabotage ourselves usually because of an inner conflict between our two minds.

Our conscious & our unconscious mind.

Instead of putting off all the things you want to do & start ~ put away all the excuses & start today.

Small steps then turn into big steps.
Create & build momentum with small actions that take you in the direction you want to go. It all counts.

How often do you make excuses not to do something?

You say you want results…
Yet you’re not willing to take the necessary steps or actions to get you there.

Consistent action = consistent results.

Yes, change is uncomfortable.
But so is staying in the same place.

The truth is, our conscious mind will come up with ALL the excuses and reasons to not do something, all to keep you safe doing what’s familiar. What’s unfamiliar can feel uncertain. And uncertainty can feel scary…

However, if you want your life to change…
If you want the results you say you want…

YOU need to change.
Your mindset needs to change.
Your habits and how you spend your day needs to change.

Nothing changes if nothing changes.

New goals require new habits.
