Are you in control of your habits,
Or do your habits control you?
Our subconscious mind is where all our habits & patterns of behaviour reside. If you want to change a habit, go straight to the source ~ the subconscious mind.
Have you ever tried to change a habit, such as, start going to the gym, eating healthier or stopping smoking etc. only to find that you cannot keep up the new habit & so you end up going back to your old pattern of behaviour again?
You relate to this, don’t you?
It’s because the acceptance of a new habit requires the cooperation of our subconscious mind.
Willpower alone is rarely enough.
We all know that we should be fit & healthy ~ leading a particular healthy lifestyle, however, think about all the excuses & obstacles our mind creates for us.
We sabotage ourselves usually because of an inner conflict between our two minds.
Our conscious & our unconscious mind.
The unconscious mind will always override willpower. To successfully change your habits for good, you need both of your minds working FOR you, not against you.
Once the conscious & unconscious mind are in agreement, the body responds instantly.
