Mine may not be the same as yours, but I 'get it'. Parents need support to:
A place to collect their thoughts. TRUST themselves. KNOW their truth. BE themselves. Figure out who their BEST SELF is. I understand that journey. I am on it. I do not have the solutions. They are in you. What I can do is walk alongside you. Honour your journey. Hold your hand as you step out of your comfort zone. Pass you your shield as you tackle your shadows. Hand you the first-aid kit when stumble. Remind you of your bravery when you begin to falter. And share my toolbox, so you can build your own beautiful new you. When you are ready, I am here.
