My "Just can't do without" List
- Digestive Enzymes with HCl
- Probiotics (HMF Intensive 500)
- B- Complex (w Ashwagandha)
- Bovine Collagen
- Lyposomal Vitamin C
Enzymes with HCl (at each meal) help to break down our macros to release nutrients, HCl helps especially for our proteins, supports the immune system and maintains a healthy gastric pH.
Probiotics help to restore the balance of healthy bacteria in your gut which then has a ripple effect on many health issues including skin health and weight loss. (I take 1/4 of a sachet daily- 125 billion CFU)
B-Complex with Ashwagandha can help with stress and anxiety reduction, improved mood, energy levels, immune system and brain health. (I take 1 at breakfast and one at lunch and never after lunch)
Bovine Collagen (my preference, some prefer marine collagen) can help with skin health, joint issues, increase muscle strength, improve gut health, bone health and can help with faster recovery (I add a heaping tablespoons to my mushroom coffee with heavy cream)
Lyposomal Vitamin C helps to produce white blood cells and antibodies. Helps with collagen formation. It can also protect skin cells from UV light and repair cells, vitaminc C can help synthesize neurotransmitters which improve mood and can also help prevent LDL protein oxidation and add flexibility to arterial walls, reduce fatigue, blood sugar levels and is needed for the nervous system to function. (I take 600 mg - Biomed Bio-C- 3 times a day with each meal)
