OPENING HOURS
Mon-Fri 8.00am to 5.45pm
Saturday 9.00am to 12.00pm

Saturday is an emergency clinic where patients do not make a prior appointment. It is Practice Policy to not advise who the Duty Doctor is until the day. AFTER HOURS

If you require emergency after-hours medical treatment or advice, please contact Bathurst Afterhours Medical Service, supported by Marathon Health, on 6333 2888. APPOINTMENT POLICY
Busby Medical Practice provides a flexible appointment system which has the ability to accommodate patients with urgent, non-urgent, complex, planned and chronic and preventative health care. A scheduled visit is required for practice appointments with the exception of Saturday mornings. To book an appointment you can phone the Practice number on 02 6332 4266, and a receptionist will assist you with an appointment, or visit www.busbymed.com.au and book an appointment online. Every effort is made to accommodate your preferred GP and time, please call and speak to a Receptionist if you need to book an appointment for a complex problem, insurance or pre-employment medical. If there is another family member to be seen please advise the Receptionist so she can also book them adequate time. The Practice has a policy that we will fit in a child on the day if a parent is concerned that the issue is serious. Please make sure that you clearly communicate concerns about young children to our Reception staff. Our Practitioners endeavour to keep to their scheduled appointment times. We apologise for this and suggest that you phone ahead of your appointment time and ask the Receptionist to check if your appointment will be on time. CANCELLING APPOINTMENTS
Please notify us if you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment. The Doctors request that you notify the Practice, at least one hour prior to your scheduled time, if you are unable to keep your appointment. This provides them with the opportunity to see other patients.
