We are looking for a friendly, organised Receptionist to join our busy wellness clinic. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about health, wellness, and chiropractic care, and enjoys creating a positive experience for patients.
This is a part-time position (18–20 hours per week) with flexible availability required Monday–Friday. This role involves job sharing, so strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
About the Role
As the first point of contact for our clinic, you will play a key role in ensuring patients feel welcomed, supported, and cared for from the moment they walk through the door.
Key Responsibilities
🟣Greeting and assisting patients with warmth and professionalism
🟣Managing appointments, bookings, and clinic schedules
🟣Answering phone calls and responding to patient enquiries
🟣Supporting practitioners with administrative and clinical support tasks
🟣Maintaining a smooth and organised reception area
🟣Assisting with patient flow and meeting patient needs throughout their visit
