Meet Lourda – Our Skilled Behaviour Support Practitioner! 🧠

Lourda is a psychology professional with a Bachelor’s, GDPA, and a Master’s in Professional Psychology, currently pursuing Clinical Masters. With experience as a Safeguarding Officer and Junior Behaviour Therapist, Lourda is passionate about reducing mental health stigma and promoting inclusive care through evidence-based strategies.

Outside of work, Lourda enjoys exercising, gaming, cooking, fashion, and travelling. She also loves spending time with her dog Milo, watching anime, shopping, and hanging out with friends.

Guess who got to climb inside their dream trucks last week? Todd did! 🚛
Todd’s support worker shared that his ultimate wish was to sit inside a Kenworth truck and asked if it could happen. Thanks to the amazing team at and their wonderful Manager Bill, Todd’s dream came true! Bill gave Todd a personal tour of the trucks, and Todd was absolutely thrilled. He said it was one of the best days of his life! 🌟

Sally brings a wealth of experience in employment coaching and support coordination, with specialised training in Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS). Her journey began after moving to Australia from Kenya at 19, driven by a desire to make a real difference. After completing a Bachelor’s degree in Community Services, Sally transitioned from Employment Coaching into the NDIS sector, where she continues to empower participants every day.

Her mission is helping people achieve their goals and creating meaningful change in their lives.

Meet Jason – Our Dedicated Behaviour Support Practitioner! 🧠
Jason brings a strong foundation in psychology, holding a Bachelor of Psychology and Cognitive Brain Science, along with three years of experience in childcare. Passionate about applying psychological theory to empower communities, Jason is eager to make a positive impact and gain hands-on experience as he works toward a future career as a Clinical Psychologist.

Outside of work, Jason enjoys reading non-fiction, bushwalking, trying new restaurants, playing guitar, and spending quality time with his pets.
