Balanced for Life is a Chiropractor located in Castle Hill, New South Wales. Dr. Lindy has been looking after the health of spines and lower backs of Sydney for over 10 years. We offer Chiropractic services during pregnancy and also for children and seniors. This can be for a wide range of reasons, such as back pain, Sciatica, disc bulge, neck pain or headaches. Some of the other services that we specialise in are Multi-Wave Locked System - MLS Medical Laser, Counselling Services, Orthotics Foot Levelers: 3D Scanner. Dr Lindy – Research Lover and Keeper of the Clinic Threshold

Lindy’s biggest surprise this year was discovering that research now shows chiropractic care performs better than past back pain guidelines.
Her quirky ritual is treating the clinic doorway as a threshold. When she walks through it, her personal life stays outside so she can be fully present. A favourite moment was hearing that two tradies argued on a work site about who had the better chiropractor, only to discover they both come to Balanced for Life.
She is grateful for every client whose journey she gets to share and proud of moments where care makes a real and lasting difference. She loves that the team feels like a family and jokes that everyone knows exactly who ate the chocolate.
Her Christmas tip is to “eat the things” because it is once a year and then move your butt. She is loving vitamin D and omega 3 for better brain clarity and her favourite snack right now is cherries. She loves the beach and possibly her new favourite sport, pickleball.

Pavle – The Storyteller and Wave Chasing Thinker

Pavle’s favourite moment this year came from a patient admiring our clinic Christmas tree filled with patient photos and realising they are part of something much bigger.
He has improved his ability to teach through stories and metaphors and had the aha moment that patients need consistent, simple education to remember why their care matters. He loves knowing the team has his back, and he is inspired by patients who regain well-being and use it to enjoy life again.
His wellness habit is a morning glass of water and his favourite recovery ritual is a walk with Lindy after work.

His festive guilty pleasure? CARBS… the comfort, the joy, the bliss.
And in summer? Swim. Swim. Swim. Preferably with waves.

Jin starts every shift with stretching and exercise (we’re inspired… but still not doing it). His funniest patient comment of the year? Being told his treatment room is a “torture chamber” , lovingly, of course.
His biggest clinical insight was the power of educating clients in simple, clear ways, and his biggest lesson was focusing on what the patient truly wants. He loves our team’s positive energy and constant smiles.
His Christmas advice is short and sweet: keep moving. He loves meditation and stretching, his festive guilty pleasure is binge-watching movies, and in summer, he’s happiest hiking through nature.

Robin – Creative Genius and Alpaca Enthusiast

Robin’s heart was warmed when a patient told her they booked specifically on her work days. She has spent one year with B4L and describes her learning experience as everything. Few know that she has a genuine obsession with alpacas.
She has refined her medical illustration skills and discovered a powerful truth. Mindset is everything. She is inspired by patients who put in the effort outside the clinic, especially with exercises and lifestyle changes.
Her Christmas tip is simple. Take the family out for a walk between all the sitting and eating. She loves tuning into her body each morning to notice how she feels. Her favourite childhood Christmas memory is a snowy Canadian Christmas with skiing, cocoa by the fire and peaceful snow falling at night. Her festive indulgence is egg nog and she is not ashamed of it.

Dr Kara – Baby Whisperer, Spine Tuner and Sunrise Swimmer

Kara begins every shift by making sure the towels on her shelves are perfectly folded. She is still amazed that one gentle adjustment can help a baby p**p better. This year she has improved her care planning for children and babies and she now focuses on restoring proper spinal movement before anything else.
She felt incredibly proud supporting a four-year-old whose tantrums reduced after a few weeks of care. She loves that the team genuinely cares for patients and each other.
Her Christmas message is refreshing. You do not have to do it all. Slow down, breathe and enjoy the moments that matter. She loves more rest and nervous system reset time, and her favourite summer activity is a sunrise swim at the Bronte ocean pool. Her favourite Christmas memory is church on Christmas Eve, opening one gift and reading The Polar Express before bed.

Rosa – The Healthy Habits Queen

Rosa’s year began with a moment she will never forget. On her very first day, a patient was so excited to discover she was a local. Her quirky pre-shift ritual is disinfecting absolutely everything. She has become confident with products and processes and her big aha moment was realising just how wonderful our laser treatments truly are.
She is inspired by patients who walk the same path toward better health and she loves that the team is made up of different personalities who all work toward the same outcome. Her wellness routine includes bouncing on her rebounder to get her lymphatics moving and snacking on homemade sunflower crackers and cheese. Her favourite Christmas tradition is gathering the family for dinner and watching the grandkids’ faces light up as they open their gifts.

Susan – Clinic Comedian and Heart of Gold
Susan brings joy to every shift. She has learned to confidently speak up when something in patient care needs more attention and she is always grateful for the ongoing support she receives at the clinic. She describes the team as a bunch of loveable nutters and says she gets at least two proper laughs per shift.
Her favourite work snacks are walnuts or her protein pancakes. Her perfect summer day is sunshine, a swim and a cold beer. Simple joy at its finest.
