Meet Jonathon!

Jonathon is an Accredited Practising Dietitian who uses the power of food and nutrition to improve health and happiness. Jonathon loves supporting people with finding their strengths and empowering them to make positive change. Nutrition is not a ‘one size fits all’ and Jonathon believes by creating supportive environments everyone has the ability to exact positive change in their life.

With a peak interest in mental and gut health, eating disorders and autoimmune conditions Jonathon’s passion for helping people comes from a powerful behaviour change approach and motivational interviewing style. Trained in supporting those through the culture of dieting he aims to help people regain a positive relationship with food and facilitate changes that will not just last an 8-week challenge, but a lifetime.

In his spare time Jonathon loves to mountain bike ride and surf, tackling the trails out the back of Nerang and surfing up and down the coast. He also loves to tinker and build, Jonathon has built 3 campervans from scratch as well as multiple furniture pieces such as a desk and coffee table.

Jonathon is available for private consultations and accepts Medicare referrals.
