This has been a huge hit in our house over these long cold days of isolation....
Save big $$$, get the kids involved, and the thermo has a self cleaning function 👏👏👏

Here's a great boredom buster from Louise Keats, it's play dough! Give it a go with the kids this weekend!

Ingredients

250 g water
100 g cooking salt
1 tablespoon cream of tartar
food colouring (or powder paints), to colour
250 g plain flour
1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Method

Place water, salt, cream of tartar and food colouring into mixing bowl and heat 5 min/60°C/speed 3. Allow to cool below 60°C.
Add flour and oil and mix 40 sec/speed 4 or until mixture is combined and thick. Knead Dough/1 min.
Store in an airtight container to prevent drying out.

Tip
If you wish to make multiple colours, don’t add any colour in the first step. Instead, divide the dough into balls and add a different colour to each, kneading until mixed through.
