In-Sync offers sessions for individuals, couples and families. Speciality is mental health resilience, conflict resolution, dealing with difficult emotions and stress reduction. The sessions support people to explore and resolve difficulties or be the best version of themselves they can be. Developing goals for change and improved wellbeing. They assist with developing inner resources to move on with life in meaningful ways. In-sync also run retreats and group programs. Discover: Mindful living, meditation & visualisation; Simple yoga & breathing techniques and behaviour modification strategies. You go home with knowledge to support a more productive, happy, lovable you!

Here's to a fantastic New Year, filled with promise and possibility! It's hard to believe it's been almost ten years since our paths last crossed. I've been busy expanding my horizons and deepening my expertise, and I'm now ready to share my knowledge with you through a brand-new 4-week program (one evening per week for a month).
Watch this space for more details on the next mental health wellbeing Program.
