Sometimes as life gets busy we forget to do the things we love that bring us back into ourselves and fill our buckets. I have a passion for making art, my current phase is mandalas. Truth be told it's a phase I've been in for a while!

I haven't had a lot of time to spend on doing artwork as the business has grown and as a busy mum I try to keep that balance between work and family. Not always successfully!

I've also been studying this year and this piece will eventually go into my future therapy room.

It was a great way to unwind and de-stress from the busy Christmas period, and I encourage you to find some time to do something that brings you back to your centre.

It could be reading a book, sitting in a sunny spot enjoying a cuppa, listening to the birds and nature around you. Go for a walk, do some gardening, bake, connect with a friend you haven't seen in a while, whatever it is if you haven't engaged in a bucket filling excercise in a while....do it!

We're going to the zoo, zoo, zoo, how about you, you, you,
you can come too, too, too we're going to the zoo!

Sam one of the business owners recently accompanied this lovely family to Melbourne for an appointment, they made a day of it and visited the zoo.

This was the kids first experience of the zoo. They loved it!!

The best part about what we do is going to fun places and seeing the joy on the faces of the people we support.

Here our support worker Shelby took a family to a very special Xmas party in Melbourne. It was a fun day out!
